CEREBRAL MICROCATHETER

WALLABY PHENOX - pNOVUS 21 y 27

Description:

Microcatheter 21 has an internal lumen of 0.022" while microcatheter 27 has an internal lumen of 0.028". Both can be used for neurovascular interventions, the treatment of cerebrovascular accident and hemorrhage.

Indications:

They are designed for the delivery of diagnostic agents such as contrast media, therapeutic agents such as antiplatelets or vasodilator drugs, and non-liquid interventional devices such as stents.

To be used in draining both cerebral and intra- and extracranial arteries and veins.

Technical specifications:

  • Microcatheter 21 has 7 zones of flexibility and a durable hydrophilic coating that provides better navigation
  • Microcatheter 27 has 9 areas of which 7 are only in the distal 33cm
  • An inner layer of PTFE allows smooth navigation of stents and flow diverters, and has a NiTi reinforcement to improve kink resistance and reduce ovalization
  • PNOV-21-155, useful length 155 cm. Unique on the market with 2.4Fr distal and proximal OD
  • PNOV-27-150, useful length 150 cm. Unique on the market with distal and proximal OD 2.9Fr
  • Both compatible with ID catheter: 0.053”

Passing the hub, the transition is 13 mm in length of PTFE, which provides a smooth delivery of the device to the catheter shaft, with no perceptible transition and facilitates delivery of the device to be implanted.

Rounded atraumatic tip, straight configuration that allows the tip to be molded if necessary.
